Chantal M. Roberts’ career reflects over 20 years of accomplishments in the insurance industry, with specialization in commercial general liability, special investigations and fraud investigations, commercial property, homeowners, and cargo insurance. Ms. Roberts held leadership roles with distinguished insurance companies including Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and MetLife Insurance Company and as Director of Claims for a third-party administrator for certain syndicates of Lloyd’s of London.
Ms. Roberts is an insurance litigation consultant for property and casualty insurance claims, claim management, breach of contract, bad faith claim handling, and insurance industry knowledge.

Red D. Roberts
Red D. Roberts' career reflects 5 years in the insurance industry. He is CMR Consulting's Human Resource Manager. Mr. R. Roberts held a leadership role for a third-party administrator for certain syndicates of Lloyd's of London prior to his move to Kansas and assumption of his current management duties.
Mr. R. Roberts provides an employee-oriented, high-performance culture which emphasizes empower-ment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing develop-ment of a superior workforce.

Simon A. Roberts
Simon A. Roberts' career reflects 10 years of overseeing humans; however, CMR Consulting is his first foray into the insurance industry. As the Office Manager, Mr. S. Roberts coordinates and directs the efficient management of administrative services and claims administrative team members in our Overland Park office.
Mr. S. Roberts drives compliance with Operations Best Practices and other complex administrative procedures across areas of responsibility, insuring compliance with internal business controls.
